WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM PERMANENT MAKEUP?

Honestly, everyone! Although, it will especially benefit those who lead a busy lifestyle, whether that's with work, being a mum or if you just want to look your best every day. You will wake up with a head start on your makeup, that won't wipe off in the heat or pool on holiday - staying gorgeous day in, day out!

HOW LONG WILL MY PERMANENT MAKEUP LAST?

The longevity of permanent makeup depends on multiple factors. Sun exposure, excessive exercising and facials with active ingredients encourages premature fading. Skin type is also a big factor, with normal to dry skin types tending to have the longest retention.

Additionally, if aftercare instructions haven't been adhered to retention will be compromised. Averagely, permanent makeup will need a top up every 12 months to keep the shape and colour fresh. However, some clients may find they can last longer without needing a touch up, so you can book in whenever you feel you need it.

HOW LONG DOES TREATMENT TAKE?

This can vary depending on the chosen treatment and individual factors. For instance, asymmetry in the area of treatment and the difficulty of the treatment can vary.

We book a 2.5 hour slot for brows and lash line treatments. For lip blush we book a 3-4 hour slot as this treatment takes longer. This is to ensure that no part of your appointment is rushed. Sometimes, the treatment will take less time, sometimes longer. As you can imagine, some clients will need more work than others, some clients may have more questions than others etc. You can be assured, we will never rush your appointment.

DOES TREATMENT HURT?

The level of discomfort during treatment depends on the clients pain threshold - we have some that fall asleep and some that feel slightly more discomfort. However, we have never had a client that has had to pause/stop treatment. Also, a mild skin numbing cream will be used with your permission in order to limit what you feel during treatment.
